Please follow the following steps:
Go to > au.fastwaycustomer.com
Log in details-
E-mail Address: despatch@klika.com.au
Password: fastway
Click on ‘Receiver Pays’.
Fill in the details as per the screenshots attached.
Remember to put in the email address as warranty@klika.com.au
Click on ‘Initiate Receiver Pays’
A return label will be created automatically.
The return label will be sent on Fresh Desk.
Click the link on the label.
Download the label.
Send the label to the customer via email or the respective portal.
